The race attracted racers from all over California with a special guest from Shanghai. Friday and Saturday were both practice days and my car was lacking some traction. Due to the constantly changing track conditions, it made it hard for everyone to find the right setup. After playing around with a few small adjustments to the car, I was able to find a good setup.

Sunday came the race, even though it was a one-day event, there were a lot of preparation leading to the race day. The race format was 2 qualifiers along with single mains. With a comfortable car to drive even with forever changing track condition, I was able to TQ the first round of qualifier. It was a close battle for 2nd as 3 drivers were within 1 second. After a few hours, it was time for Q2. I was able to improve my time from Q1 to take the overall TQ. During the A final, I tapped the board early on and dropped back to dead last. With a small track like TQ, it made it hard to fight back to the top. I was happy to come back and take the last spot on the podium. Team XRAY showed great pace all weekend as usual and it was a fun weekend. Thanks to XRAY and HUDY for all the support and I will keep fighting for a better result next time.
